Telecom plans to access bandwidth up to 10 times 3-5 times
A few days ago, China Telecom has issued social responsibility report for 2011, by the end of 2011, at the Telecom fixed network specializing in 21 provinces in the South, 20M access capacity of urban broadband coverage has been upgraded to 70%, through fiber optic cables to increase the percentage to the 72% in the village, has pass coverage of broadband in the village 4M promoted to 89%.
Reports show that in terms of bridging the digital divide, 2011 10,560 administrative villages China Telecom completed the broadband universal service mandate; first started in the industry to implement “broadband-optical network cities in China” project, planned for realization of fibre of all cities within three years, customers access bandwidth up to 10 times during 3-5 times.
According to the statistics of the Ministry of industry and information technology, China Telecom customer representations from monthly per cent in 2010 dropped to per cent in 2011, complaints per million user visits, monthly mean value of 6.3 per cent in 2011 from 2010 4.6 times.
